RETURNS

Items purchased in voy-tarde must be returned at the customer's expense in perfect condition, without use, without deterioration, without stains or in poor condition that prevent their sale as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and any items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of placing your order, in order to receive a refund.  

To carry out the partial or total return of an order, the items that the customer wishes to return must be sent by courier with tracking code in a secure package, meeting the above conditions, to the following address:

The refund will be made using the payment method used to make the purchase within a maximum period of 7 business days from the arrival of the item in our warehouse. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping cost, except for damaged or incorrectly shipped orders.
